Chapter 11 Debtor Representation
The SNR Denton Restructuring and Insolvency team has handled a
wide variety of company-side representations in Chapter 11 cases
and out-of-court workouts in numerous industries. The types of
cases have ranged from prepackaged or prenegotiated balance sheet
recapitalizations to going-concern or piecemeal asset sales to
traditional Chapter 11 cases, often addressing legacy liabilities,
burdensome contracts or leases and/or operational improvements. In
addition to members of our core Restructuring and Insolvency team,
we frequently call on lawyers from other practices , including
capital markets, corporate and securities, environmental, ERISA,
labor, public policy, real estate and tax, to address all of the
issues that may arise during a debtor’s Chapter 11 case. We also
have extensive experience with coordinating cross-border
restructurings involving simultaneous proceedings in various
countries.
