Our Immigration team has a wealth of practical
experience in and knowledge of the British immigration rules and
regulations, enabling us to ensure the efficient progression of
your immigration and nationality applications.
We advise those coming into the UK for
business or employment purposes, dealing with both multinational
companies and small businesses that require work permits or are
offering training and work experience to overseas nationals.
Structuring the immigration route to the UK is
key to our advice. We regularly advise on - and successfully
submit - applications for highly skilled workers under the Tier 1
general, investors and entrepreneurs categories and for skilled
workers under Tier 2 general and intracompany transfer categories
as well as applications for sole representative status.
We also advise on Home Office concessions (for
example, the lawyers' concession), obtaining permanent residence
and British naturalization.
