Michael Morden
Senior Managing Associate
Mr. Morden is a member of SNR Denton’s Trusts and Estates
Practice. His practice focuses on counseling families on the
minimization of estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes, and the
creation of individualized estate plans, which include wills,
revocable trusts, and sophisticated wealth transfer vehicles, such
as life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts,
grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective
irrevocable trusts, and charitable remainder trusts. He also
advises clients on the establishment and maintenance of tax-exempt
entities.
While in law school, Mr. Morden served as a Contributing Editor
on the Michigan Law Review, and as a student attorney with the
Child Advocacy Law Clinic. Prior to joining SNR Denton, he
worked for the US government and as a freelance screenwriter.
